Hello, I’m Kam

I’m a professionally trained chef turned food intolerance recipe expert. After 25 years in fine dining, I stepped away from the restaurant world to focus on helping people rediscover the joy of food without the stress of allergies, intolerances, or restrictive diets.

I live with 12 food intolerances, including all nightshade vegetables (such as tomatoes, peppers, aubergines, and potatoes), nuts like cashews, peanuts, and pistachios, dairy, bananas, mushrooms, and yeast. I also avoid foods that feed yeast in the gut, including sugar, carbohydrates, starchy foods, and fermented products. Alongside this, I follow a strict leaky gut protocol, limiting caffeine, alcohol, and gluten to support healing.

After managing intolerances for over 20 years, I finally began exploring the root cause of my symptoms. Working with a kinesiologist and nutritionist, I discovered I had leaky gut and yeast overgrowth. Taking a targeted, gut-focused approach transformed my health and gave me a deep understanding of how to create food that truly nourishes and heals.

Now, I use both my chef training and lived experience to develop intolerance-friendly recipes and practical guidance for others facing similar challenges helping you heal your gut while still enjoying delicious, satisfying meals. Because eating well should feel empowering, not restrictive or joyless.
