That’s where I come in. I specialise in bridging that gap, helping you understand what you can eat, how to enjoy your food again, and how to move forward with confidence with thoughtful recipes, delicious free from alternatives that don’t make you feel your being deprived. I offer a 60-minute session, you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions about intolerance-friendly eating, ingredient swaps, meal ideas, and what to eat when managing food intolerances, leaky gut, or inflammation.

As an experienced chef specialising in restricted diets, I’ll share practical, real-life advice to help you make confident food choices that fit your lifestyle.
