Meet your free-from chef

I've been a chef for over 25 years, working specifically with food allergies, intolerances and restricted diets.

I live with multiple food intolerances myself and follow a strict gut-healing diet, so I know first-hand how isolating it is to be handed a list of foods to avoid and nothing to replace them with

Years of developing recipes and testing substitutions mean I know how to make food work when the usual ingredients aren't an option, no matter what stage you're at with your intolerances.

Imagine opening your fridge or looking in your kitchen cupboards and actually knowing what you can make.

No more staring at a list of foods you can’t eat. No more searching endlessly for recipes, buying ingredients that don’t work for you, or wondering how on earth you’re going to make meals that everyone in the family can enjoy.

Instead, imagine having your own collection of free-from recipes created specifically around your food intolerances, your lifestyle, your preferences and the way you actually like to eat.

That’s exactly what this service is designed to give you.

What free-from cooking usually gets wrong

If you're managing multiple intolerances, leaky gut, inflammation or a complicated mix of restrictions, most free-from recipes fall apart on contact, written for one substitution, not yours. You find something that looks delicious, only to spot an ingredient you can't tolerate, then you're left guessing at swaps and hoping it still works.

I don't think you should have to settle for bland, repetitive food just because your diet's more complicated. I use my knowledge of ingredients, techniques and intolerance-friendly substitutions to build recipes that work for you from the start.

This personalised recipe book service is perfect if:

a kitchen with pink background and a tablet with a recipe book open
  • You're managing multiple intolerances, leaky gut or inflammation, and generic free-from recipes aren't cutting it

  • You're happy in the kitchen you can follow a recipe and handle basic techniques without step-by-step teaching

  • You can set aside proper time to answer the questionnaire thoroughly and talk it through on the call the more specific you are, the better your recipes will be

  • You want a collection of meals you can come back to, not a one-off meal plan

1. Your Food & Health Overview

To get started, simply click any of the buttons on this page and complete the short questionnaire. Once I’ve reviewed your application and feel the service is a good fit for you, I’ll email you with a booking and payment link, allowing you to choose a convenient date and time for your Clarity Call.

During our call, we’ll talk through your food intolerances, dietary restrictions, current eating habits and lifestyle, as well as the areas you’re finding most challenging. This gives me a clear understanding of your needs and how I can best support you.

2. Your tailored plan

I build an approach around your restrictions, routine and nutritional needs not a generic template with substitutions bolted on. That means thinking about how you actually cook, not just what you can't eat: your time, your kitchen confidence, the meals you already reach for and the ones you miss. It's the difference between a recipe that technically avoids your triggers and one you'll genuinely want to make again. This is where I map out what your book needs to include before I write a single recipe.

3. Your recipes created

I develop intolerance friendly recipes made specifically for you, using a mixture of my own recipes and from my database, drawing on your questionnaire and our clarity call, not a template with your allergens removed. Every recipe is built from ingredients and techniques that work for your intolerances from the start, so nothing needs substituting once it lands in your hands. I focus on keeping the flavour, texture and enjoyment you'd expect from any recipe, so the food never feels like a compromise for your restrictions.

4. Your recipe book, delivered

A downloadable eBook emailed within two weeks. Consisting of 10 breakfasts, 10 lunches, 10 dinners, plus snacks and desserts all built around your dietary needs, so you can cook from it without checking every ingredient first. Alongside the recipes, you'll get practical guidance on substitutions, so you're equipped to adapt other recipes yourself once the book is finished. You'll have two rounds of revisions to fine-tune anything that isn't quite right, because the goal isn't just a finished book it's one you're genuinely happy to cook from

What you get from this personalised service

  • Two Weeks of Stress-Free Meals

A downloadable eBook with two weeks of recipes tailored to your intolerances. 10 breakfasts, 10 lunches, 10 dinners, plus nourishing snacks and desserts.

No crossing out ingredients or adapting generic recipes. Every recipe is created around your needs from the start, giving you delicious, stress-free meals you can enjoy and return to whenever you need inspiration.

  • No more guessing at substitutions

Each recipe is created around your intolerances, using ingredients and techniques that work for you rather than adapting a standard recipe and simply removing the problem ingredients. That means no trial and error, no wondering if a substitute will work, and no disappointing dishes that were never designed around your restrictions. You get delicious flavour and variety you’d expect from a great recipe, without having to do the adapting yourself. It’s food that avoid your triggers.

  • Clarity, Confidence and a Plan

A 60–90 minute clarity call where we go through what you can eat, what you actually enjoy, and how you like to cook after you've completed an in-depth questionnaire. This is where I get to know your routine, your kitchen confidence and the meals you miss, not just your allergens. It means your recipes are shaped by your life, not just your diagnosis. The more specific you are here, the more your finished book will actually fit how you live.

  • Practical Support That Lasts

You’ll get practical ingredient swaps and substitution guidance. You’ll understand what works for your intolerances. This means you can confidently adapt other recipes yourself, without relying on your book forever. You’ll build practical skills that make everyday cooking easier and more enjoyable. The knowledge you gain will continue to help you long after your two weeks of recipes are finished.

  • Two rounds of revisions

You'll have two rounds of revisions on your recipes after delivery, because the goal isn't just a finished book it's one you're genuinely happy to cook from. If something isn't quite to your taste or doesn't fit your routine the way you expected, we adjust it. This means you're never stuck with a recipe that doesn't work for you. The result is a book you can trust completely, not one you have to work around.

  • Delivered in two weeks, not months

Your recipe book is delivered digitally by email within two weeks of your clarity call. This gives me enough time to carefully create and test recipes around your specific intolerances and requirements. You’ll know exactly when to expect your book, giving you a clear timeframe from the moment we finish our call. It’s a personalised service designed to fit easily into your life and give you recipes you can start enjoying straight away.

  • Confident, Worry-Free Cooking

Every recipe in your book is already safe for you, so there's no reading ingredient lists with one eye shut, hoping for the best. You can open the book and cook, knowing everything in it has already been checked against your intolerances. That small shift from checking to trusting is often the biggest relief this service gives people. Cooking stops being a research project and starts being something you enjoy again.

  • No more wasting food

No more buying ingredients for a recipe that turns out to contain something you can't tolerate, or a dish that simply doesn't agree with you once it's made. Every recipe in your book has already been built around what works for your body, so what you buy is what you can eat. That means less waste, less repeat trips to the shop, and less frustration over meals that never made it to the table. Your money goes toward food you'll genuinely use.

  • Options, Not Restrictions

The daily question of what's actually safe to eat is exhausting when you're managing multiple intolerances. This service is built to remove that question entirely, replacing it with a book full of meals you already know work for you. Instead of starting from restriction every time you're hungry, you start from choice. That shift, from limitation to options, is at the heart of what this recipe book is for.

Why work with me?

As an experienced chef specialising in restricted and intolerance-friendly cooking, I also understand this from personal experience. I live with multiple food intolerances myself (twelve to be exact), including nightshades, dairy, yeast, bananas, nuts and mushrooms, as well as having to avoid sugar, caffeine, wheat, carbohydrates and starchy foods as part of my own gut-healing diet.

I know first-hand how frustrating it can feel when you suddenly have to completely rethink the way you eat and adapt your lifestyle around a long list of restrictions. It can feel like your favourite foods have been taken away and leave you wondering, “What on earth am I supposed to eat now?

This service isn’t for you if:

  • If you're a beginner in the kitchen and need to be taught how to cook, book one of my cookery classes instead.

  • If you don't have time to cook from the recipes once they're delivered, or won't be able to give the questionnaire proper attention, the results depend on what you put in.

  • This also isn't for you if you're expecting free-from versions to taste and feel exactly like the originals. Different ingredients mean different textures and flavours. I can make genuinely delicious food, but I can't make it identical to something made with the ingredients you're avoiding.
